How to Send a Case Through Your Scanner Portal

Pick Your Scanner
Find your intraoral scanner in the list below and open its lab portal.

Add Us as Your Lab
Connect to Reliable Dental Lab (RSU) with the method for your scanner below — most add us by our lab email cadcam@rsulab.com (iTero uses company ID 3995).

Attach the Case
Include the scan (STL/OBJ), a bite registration, scan bodies for implant cases, and the shade with any photos and your Rx details.

Send It to the Bench
Submit through the portal and the case reaches our bench the same day. No portal for your scanner? Email the files to cadcam@rsulab.com.

Prefer email? Export the scan plus a bite registration as STL or OBJ and send both to cadcam@rsulab.com — include the patient reference, restoration type, and shade so we can start right away. No scanner? Ship impressions with a prepaid label and we handle them in-house — digitized only on request — so every case ends up on the same bench.
